Well, as Puboffy is away sunning herself in Ventnor, it falls to me to pick up the slack.

It was billed as the event to end all events.

Ok, maybe a fun night to ease us back into the swing of things.

Thirteen of us put forward photos for a knockout competition, with variations as diverse as an Asian mountain range down to a dragonfly. Our early morning trip out to Dedham seemed to be doing quite well, but in the end, it was battle royale between birds, insects and Tony's eventual winner, a brilliant candid of a lass in red.

Shout out to June's Dragonfly, narrowly beaten into second place.
